Trangender Sexuality Support

transgender sex tran sex transgender sexuality mtf ftm san franscisco emancipating sexuality
I love trans bodies.  I have one myself.  So does my primary partner.  Trans love, queer love, special sex.

I understand the special complications that being trans brings into intimacy and relationships.  There is all of the internal stuff:
  • If I pass, when do I disclose?
  • How do I tell my partner/s what I want, when I'm still figuring out how my body works?
  • How can I learn "sexy" in this changed/changing body?
  • What do I even like anymore?

And when you add to the mix other marginalized identities like kinky, queer, and others,  confusion can really prevail. Plus, there is dealing with all of other people's stuff: tokenization, fetishization, overt curiosity about our sex, our bits, our bodies. Super hard to navigate!

I'm a big believer that we ALL get sexy.

We all get to express our erotic nature, and it doesn't have to make sense to anyone except for us.  I work with a lot of trans spectrum clients.  Sometimes our work is hands-on Sexological Bodywork, and sometimes its more traditonal talk sex therapy.  Being able to meet you wherever you are in relation to your body, your gender identity and your relationships is my super power.  I will support you while we sort through it together.  I will be there as you craft the erotic life you truly want for yourself.  And I do it with utmost compassion, understanding and love.

This video is me being interviewed about how trans folks can have wonderful sex and intimacy, especially after trauma. Enjoy!

Trans Men (FTM)

Through lived experience, I have developed a unique approach to Sexological Bodywork and Somatic Sex Therapy for trans guys.  Learning to use and tap our transmasculine sexual energy. Learning to move our bodies in ways that are in alignment with our gender identity.  Learning skills to connect and hook up, to put it bluntly. Making decisions around testosterone, surgery and others.  Tracking changes in pleasure and sexuality, and learning new techniques for sex and self-pleasure.

If you are just setting out on the journey, see my Gender Support Services page.  I've got lots of resources and connections that I am happy to share with you.  It can be a scary, intense time that is full of wonder, truth and strangeness.

Guys, I would really love to speak with you, and see how I can support your erotic journey.  We have a unique magick, and I feel so dedicated to helping you become the deeply sensual being you have the capacity to be.  Call me.

Trans Women (MTF)

I really love helping trans women come home to their bodies and their pleasure.  I work with all women. I understand there are many different expressions of trans; pre-op, post-op, no-op, hormones, no-ho, etc. I deeply honor the journey you are on, and look forward to helping you feel really, really good.

Things that Sexological Bodywork can help with include relearning pleasure in a changed/changing body, redefining sensation and retraining nerves, scar tissue remediation after surgery, pleasure mapping.  The sex therapy part of our work can help sort out the erotic self, any relationship issues, and work with pleasure, desire, boundaries and energy.

Finding that in-between space in the intersection of many genders, or encompassing all genders, or holding no gender... our magick is real!  We understand fluid identity, and therefore have special powers and special needs when it comes to our sexuality.

While we inhabit a fluid understanding of our own gender, it can be difficult for our lovers to grasp at something that is ever changing.  I've been on a long journey with my own gender.  I feel competent and solid in holding a container where your gender can be just exactly like it is.

Together, we explore your sexuality, desires, needs, relationships and boundaries, setting our sights on delight and wonder in your erotic life.  Call me, I get it.
